Responsible for executing daily activities in-house and sustaining production and as the quality role in the factory. Ensure products meet quality requirements.
1. Production Quality Issue Handling
a) Be responsible for daily production quality management.
b) Organize the internal audit and ensure closure to all the nonconforming items.
c) Use quality tools to solve product processing quality issues timely, ensure product and service quality meet and exceed customer requirements.
d) Make sure all major and critical characteristics are under control and make a control chart as necessary.
e) Collect daily inspection data and analyze the data monthly. Then provide improvement elements for next monthly.
f) Make sure all related inspection is conducted and records are maintained.
g) Handling quarantine FG and WIP in-house by MRB process.
h) Work-out and update Line QC& OQC inspection WI timely to insure all key items are under the control and meet quality requirements.
i) Provide necessary training and guidance for all QCs.
2. Customer Quality Issue Handling
a) Understand all customer requirements including product acceptance standards/limit sample, Ensure that these a properly documented have to apply in mass production
b) Be the key point of contact for customer SQA / IQC regards to quality matters and build good relationships with customer contacts.
c) Deal with customer complaints, ensure those customer complaints are reported and take action in time. Lead 8D activity to ensure good root cause analysis and effective corrective/preventive actions. Carry out verification of the effectiveness of actions taken.
d) Make sure all actions have to implement to ensure customer requirements are met.
e) Participate in customer audit; make corrective action reports and further monitor.
