- This label does more than distinguish one board from another — it carries essential information used for traceability, production tracking, and quality control throughout the entire Line.
- Though it may seem like a small step, Labeling forms the foundation for keeping every PCB transparently managed right from the start.

- A complete PCBA is built through a series of closely connected processes. From receiving and labeling the PCB to loading it onto the SMT Line and completing post-soldering inspection, each step contributes to ensuring accurate and consistent production.
- At EMSV, the PCB journey through the SMT Line consists of the following key stages:

🔹 Labeling → PCB Loading → Solder Paste Printing → SPI → Pick & Place → Reflow Soldering → 3D AOI

- Each stage plays a specific role — from PCB identification and traceability, solder paste control, and component placement to solder joint formation and automated inspection after Reflow. Through the “PCBA IN PROGRESS” series, EMSV will take you through each stage behind the production of a PCBA — from the initial PCB to the finished product.

- Một sản phẩm PCBA hoàn chỉnh được tạo nên từ nhiều công đoạn liên kết chặt chẽ. Từ khi PCB được tiếp nhận, gắn nhãn và đưa vào Line SMT, đến khi hoàn tất kiểm tra sau hàn, mỗi bước đều góp phần đảm bảo sản phẩm được sản xuất chính xác và nhất quán.
- Tại EMSV, hành trình của PCB qua Line SMT gồm các công đoạn chính:
