Chúng tôi đều là công dân Sài Gòn, trải qua tuổi thơ ở vùng đô thị phồn hoa nhưng mang đậm dấu ấn lịch sử.
Gia đình nhỏ này được thừa hưởng một công trình nhà phố phong cách Modernism của Sài Gòn từ thời cha ông.
DotnDash rất hân hạnh được tiếp nhận và trình bày phương án thiết kế – cải tạo không gian này để chuẩn bị một tổ ấm mới cho một thế hệ “người Sài Gòn” mới trưởng thành nơi đây, đồng thời gìn giữ tối đa sự nguyên bản và tinh thần đặc trưng của khối kiến trúc hiện hữu.

We are all native Saigonese, having spent our childhood in a vibrant urban environment deeply marked by history and culture.
This young family has inherited a Modernist townhouse, a legacy passed down through generations and a distinctive architectural representation of old Saigon.
DotnDash is honored to undertake and present the design and renovation proposal for this space, transforming it into a new home for the next generation—a family of true Saigonese who have grown up and built their lives here—while carefully preserving the authenticity and original architectural character of the existing building mass.
