Recently, Mr. Quan Vu, Head of Growth at LTS Group, attended the Vietnam AI Innovation Challenge 2026 in Hanoi alongside two colleagues. The 48-hour hackathon brought together nearly 1,500 contestants from 340 teams.

What stood out was how teams turned ideas into working AI prototypes addressing challenges across healthcare, education, agriculture, finance, and public services.

The event was a strong reminder that AI creates the most value when built around practical needs. That same focus guides LTS Groupโ€™s AI consulting and development services, helping businesses turn promising ideas into solutions for real operational challenges.

At our recent Guest Speaker session at VinUniversity, Mr. Andy Nguyen, Head of AI at LTS Group, shared practical examples of how technology can address complex data and operational challenges.

One of them was a project for a Swiss wealth management firm serving more than 1,200 clients and consolidating financial data from over eight global banks and external market data providers.

The client faced fragmented data, more than 40 hours of manual reconciliation each week, slow discrepancy detection, and reporting cycles of up to 48 hours.

LTS Group developed a secure, scalable portfolio management platform to unify financial data, automate processing and calculations, support near-real-time monitoring, and keep data processing within Switzerland.

The platform reduced reconciliation time by 99.4%, detected discrepancies in under five minutes, improved data accuracy to 99.95%, and enabled same-day reporting.

On July 24, LTS Group representatives joined the judging panel for the Business Plan Competition at VinUniversity, part of the 2026 NTU ASEAN Summer Program jointly organized by Nanyang Technological University, Singapore, and VinUniversity.

Centered on โ€œDoing Business in Vietnamโ€ and the theme of Entrepreneurship and Innovation, the program brought together 62 students from NTU and partner institutions for academic, industry, and cultural activities across Singapore and Hanoi.

During the competition, students presented business ideas developed throughout the program. Our representatives evaluated their proposals and offered practical feedback to help the teams strengthen their concepts and explore their real-world potential.

Following our recent MOU with the Faculty of Information Technology, Hanoi University of Civil Engineering (HUCE), we're delighted to host students for their very first training session at our office!

On Day 1, students were introduced to LTS Group, our company culture, and career opportunities before exploring our AI projects and training programs. They also toured our office, met team members, and participated in interviews to better understand potential career paths at LTS Group.

This training program is designed to bridge the gap between classroom learning and real-world AI projects, equipping students with practical knowledge and valuable industry experience.

AI in manufacturing is advancing rapidly, yet scaling it across enterprise operations remains an uphill battle.

Data from McKinsey shows that nearly two-thirds of manufacturers are still stuck in the pilot or exploration stage. This is also consistent with what we often see when working with industrial clients: the AI model itself is rarely the main issue.

The bigger problems usually sit elsewhere:
โ€ข Around half of COOs point to cultural change and workforce reskilling.
โ€ข 46% say existing data and IT/OT systems are slowing progress.
โ€ข Nearly 60% lack AI-specific KPIs or clear targets for measuring value.
โ€ข Fragmented data and legacy processes make it difficult to replicate successful use cases across sites.

Before investing in more AI use cases, manufacturers need to ask whether their people, data, systems, and internal ownership are ready.
