Growth & Marketing Junior/Fresher Operator
Weaverse is looking for a Growth & Marketing Junior/Fresher Operator to help us build the foundation for our marketing, content, and business development efforts.
Weaverse is a Shopify Hydrogen visual builder and CMS for modern headless storefronts. We work with Shopify developers, agencies, and merchants who want more flexible, performant, and customizable commerce experiences.
This is an office-based role at Weaverse’s office in Tây Mỗ, Hà Nội, Việt Nam.
This is not a traditional social media marketing role, and it is not a hard sales role. The main focus is research, writing, content support, lead generation, and growth operations.
This role is a good fit for someone who enjoys communication, relationship-building, writing, and bringing a more human, polished perspective into a technical startup team.
What you will work on
- Research Shopify agencies, Shopify Plus brands, Hydrogen/headless commerce projects, and relevant partner opportunities
- Build and maintain clean lead databases with websites, contacts, LinkedIn profiles, tech stack notes, and prioritization
- Draft outbound emails, LinkedIn messages, follow-ups, and partner outreach notes
- Help turn founder/dev team input into blog outlines, LinkedIn posts, case studies, product updates, and changelog content
- Track the Shopify, Hydrogen, eCommerce, SaaS, AI, and agency ecosystem
- Support sales and BD materials such as one-pagers, pitch notes, partner lists, and customer research
- Keep CRM, follow-up status, meeting notes, and growth ops tasks organized
- Use AI tools to improve research, writing, summarization, and workflow speed
You may be a good fit if you
- Are fluent in written and spoken English
- Can write clearly, structure information well, and communicate professionally
- Are detail-oriented and good at research
- Are comfortable working with international markets, SaaS, eCommerce, Shopify, AI, or startup topics
- Can work independently in a startup environment
- Are willing to learn technical products, even if you do not code
- Know how to use AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar tools to improve output quality
- Are proactive with follow-ups and do not need constant reminders
- Are curious, careful, and willing to grow with the company long term
You do not need to have
- Sales closing experience
- Prior Shopify ecosystem experience
- Coding experience
- A fancy portfolio
But you should have at least one writing, research, content, or project sample that shows how you think and communicate.

Success in the first 30 days
- Understand what Weaverse does, who we serve, and how we are different from traditional Shopify themes or page builders
- Build an initial qualified lead database with clean, useful information
- Draft content or outreach messages that only need light editing
- Understand the basic workflow for CRM, content, research, and growth operations
Success after 90 days
- Consistently produce useful growth materials every week: leads, content drafts, partner research, case study notes, and outreach drafts
- Research a new market segment and suggest useful content or outreach angles
- Help reduce founder workload around marketing, sales preparation, and partner research
- Start taking ownership of repeatable growth workflows, not just individual tasks
Compensation & benefits
- Compensation is market-based and negotiable depending on your ability, experience, and time commitment
