Want to get more organized and intentionally grow your network and customer relationships? I’m hosting a free, in-person session to help you set up and use Salesforce Free Suite.

Salesforce is the world’s most widely-used customer relationship management (CRM) tool. Use it to keep track of all of your important relationships, nurture them consistently, and never miss a follow-up. You can also use it to track your sales pipeline.

This is NOT a webinar or a sales pitch. This IS expert, in-person guidance to get you started with the free version. I provide this as a service to my Yukon Chamber of Commerce community, but if you live close enough, you are welcome to join us.

In this session you will:
Download and set up your Salesforce Free Suite account
Add some accounts, contacts, and opportunities
Become familiar with sales stages and how to track deals
Learn to use Tasks and the To Do List to stay on top of follow-ups
Get guidance on how to import your existing contacts in bulk

Bring your laptop and set up your system during the session. You’ll leave with a working CRM, ready to use!

As a heads up, later this year I will offer a free advanced class to take your customization further, but only participants in this implementation class will be invited.

What a blessed time among like-minded people last week! This gathering was especially fun because it was held at the nonprofit where I first got my start as a Salesforce Admin. It was wonderful to reconnect with old friends, share some laughs, and be reminded of all the good work happening to support our communities.

✅ Custom Disclaimer on Reports: Add your company's policy language to any exported report. Great for compliance.
✅ Dashboard Report Filters Respected: Dashboards now honor the filter settings on your reports. No more mismatched visuals.
✅ Request Approval Component: Add a native "Submit for Approval" button right on a Lightning Record Page. No custom buttons needed.
✅ New Environment Banner: Always know whether you're working in a sandbox or production. A small change that prevents big mistakes.

Blessed today to attend our first Compassionate Care Group Gathering!

It's a monthly gathering of nonprofits, faith-based organizations, government agencies, and social service providers who are all working toward supporting our most vulnerable community members.

Thank you to Hope Pregnancy Center in south OKC for hosting and to Melody Taylor with Lowline Studio for the personal invite!

If you're in the OKC area and want to connect with others who are showing up for people in hard circumstances, these monthly gatherings are worth your time. The host location changes every month, but they always run 8:30am to 10:00am.

It's good to be in a room full of people who get it.
