72 hours later: 1.5 million security tokens and 35,000 email addresses exposed.

Here's the industry-wide number behind that story: 45% of AI-generated code contains a known class of security flaw. The code RUNS. The demo works. The hole ships anyway.

I build with AI every day and it's incredible. But "it works" and "it's built" have never been the same thing. The difference is somebody who reads every line and knows which half to throw back.

Google's AI search just crossed 1 billion monthly users.

It also accounts for about 0.3% of searches right now.

Both true! And that gap is the whole opportunity.

Here's the catch: when someone uses it, they click through to a website about 7% of the time. It's nearly airtight.

So: a surface that barely exists, doubling every quarter, and almost impossible to get traffic from once it does.

You're not late. You're early. But early doesn't last.
