Stay Compliant — Know Your Rights During an ATF Inspection ⚖️

It is important to maintain accurate A/D records and to always make sure fi****ms are recorded in your A/D when they come into your possession and record the exact date they were disposed.

However, according to the FFL Consultants Group, you are not required to provide the ATF with a digital (Excel-readable) copy of your in-stock fi****ms list.

Hey Florida FFL's! The sales tax holiday for 2a started 9/9/2025 and will go through 12/31/2025 and will apply to all fi****ms, ammunition and parts tied to the fi****ms such as optics and scopes. However, SUPPRESSORS, will still be charged sales tax!

Florida 2025 Sales Tax Free Holiday : 2nd Ammendment Tax Free Quarter! Starting 9/8/2025 - 12/31/2025, sales of all hunting, fishing and camping equipment will be tax exempt. This includes fi****ms, ammunition, tents, holsters, grips, cross bows, fishing poles, etc..

What's the best way to make your thousands of items in Merchant Magic tax exempt in record time? We suggest navigating to the category manager, and setting the tax exempt status by category. All items in the category will be tax exempt upon saving the setting. This should take you no longer than 30 seconds per category.
