I bought this remote bc I misplaced the original directv remote. I received it quicker than estimated.
The remote looked like the original and was in good condition.
However, I cld not get it to sync/work w my Samsung tv. So I can't tell if the problem is w the remote or my install skills. It did not
come w instructions and I dont know if that was bc it is refurbished. So it might be better w someone w more tech skills.

I bought a kit assuming it was the receiver and not the remote for our Royal fan. I finally put a battery in the remote to test and Wala, that was it. Thank you Anderic for for such good quality items and great customer service.

I was afraid I wouldn't figure out how to sync the remote with my fan but it was so easy! The remote works perfectly. I hung it in the wall next to my light switches and it works without having to take the remote from its holder. Love this remote. Just know that it doesn't come with batteries and you will need an A23, not a regular triple A.
