Praying that we find this young lady, and bring her home. Cover her and her family in the blood of the precious lamb Heavenly Father.
, : Then 26y/o Risha was last seen leaving her residence in the 400 block of Moorehouse Dr., in New Castle and went to visit a friend in the 200 block of Pulaski Hwy in Elkton, MD, on January 21, 2006. At around 1:30am, she called home and stated she was on her way back but never arrived. Her vehicle, described as a white, four door, 1997 Ford Crown Victoria was later located on October 17, 2006 in Newark, DE.
She is still missing.
