How many state and local engineering companies have to be out to look at lights change from green to yellow to red. It's about $3000 dollars worth an hour of them. For about 3 to 4 hours how disgusting. What a waste of money.

Emailed 2 LTAP board members. Either will not respond or blowing me off to Harrisburg.
People over 8 million dollars to LTAP for suggestions to towns. Over 8 million of our tax dollars for suggestions. When our roads are crap and our bridges are falling down.

Questioned a company that takes on over 1 million dollars of tax payer funds, and this is just one part of this company. Was told they don't tell the public what they do with that money. How could that be. Maybe time to stop funding these companies?
