Let me explain.
You invest countless hours in creating customized quotes. You even figure out some unique, new service just to cater to this potential client. You do all of this, just for them never to pursue your services, let alone, even contact you to let you know they're no longer interested.
Friend, you may need to invest in a CRM with automation. When you want to work with everyone who contacts you, or do your best to accommodate every one who may not be your ideal client, you only end up wasting your valuable time that could be spent elsewhere.
