**📢 HOW OUR ONLINE STORES WORK**
We get a lot of questions about when online store orders will be ready, so here’s a quick explanation! 👇
🛍️ **The store is open until a specific closing date.**
That date is set by the school, team, organization, or business the store is being created for.
📦 **We do NOT order the blank items until the store closes.**
Once the store closes, we place the complete order for all items.
⏱️ **Please allow 2–2.5 weeks AFTER the store closes.**
This time is needed for:
• Ordering and receiving all blank items
• Production/printing/embroidery
• Sorting and packaging every order
📅 **Your estimated ready date is listed right on the online store AND on the invoice you receive when you place your order.** Please use that date as your guide.
📧 **We'll let you know when your order is ready!**
Once orders are finished and sorted, emails will be sent letting you know when your order is available for pickup or when it has been shipped.
Thank you for supporting our local schools, teams, organizations, and businesses! 🙌
