🔐 “No SPF Record Found” - what it means and how to fix it
Too many organizations learn about SPF only when their emails start landing in spam. SPF isn’t optional; it’s the baseline for deliverability and brand protection.
In our latest guide, we walk you through how to resolve the error the right way:
✅ Confirm the root cause using an SPF syntax checker
✅ Identify all sending sources (M365, Google Workspace, CRM, ticketing, billing, etc.)
✅ Publish a valid SPF TXT record at your root domain (@)
✅ Start with ~all (SoftFail), validate, then tighten to -all
✅ Avoid common mistakes - multiple TXT records, wrong host, broken include
✅ Keep your SPF under 10 DNS lookups
✅ Recheck after DNS propagation and monitor with DMARC reports
⚠️ SPF works best when paired with DKIM and DMARC. Together, they protect your inbox, your customers, and your brand.
