One of, if not most definitely my favorite experience with ANY Pc pro. I had multiple questions regarding the operation of my pre built pc, (which i had no idea how to upgrade after 3 years) and my pro helped me along every step of the way. I wanted to upgrade my setup to accommodate my gaming, music, and streaming desires, because the performance i was receiving from my pre-built was just not cutting it. I explained my dilemma to my pro and he gave me a wide variety of options, and helped me run my own diagnostics on my pc to further help me understand what situation i am in money wise, and time wise. My pro discovered my situation didn’t necessarily involve having to pay them the amount i was willing to, (what a good guy, not taking my money when he could’ve) and informed me that i can easily do the pc check up myself, and did not have to pay him for it. The information provided to me, and the time taken to assist in all my ridiculous questions was very valuable to me, and i will now be able to make easier, and more smart decisions because of him.I give this man a 5 star in being a good human being, along with a great Pc Tune Up Pro !…Read more

Dave was great! He came out quickly and was able to diagnose the issue I was having. My GPU had malfunctioned and needed to be replaced. I opted not to purchase his hardware because mine was under warranty and would be replaced for free, but the computer is up and running in the meantime!

Dave took the time to assess my PC after I spilled AMPLE amounts of water over it. He responded to my first message very quickly, showed up on time, and had the proper equipment to test my motherboard, power supply and usb ports.

I'm here to say the work quality is poor. After 3 hours with the computer set up nothing worked had to locate a new person. I work from home. My employer pays me for work done and being forced to go inside they demanded the 300 back. He new this so I lost monies. Nothing works and is sad.

This person is doing "Sour Grapes" I did work for her everything was working. She paid me with THREE separate checks on a CLOSED account, she did NOT stop payment, the account was CLOSED..I am having to pursue her via legal means to get paid for time and materials.
So her bad review on top of her bad behavior's is of no surprise.

He was funny, awesome to work with, and crafty with great ideas to fix things with limited resources.
