We have a power outage in the Ellendale area that is effecting service. Estimated repair by Duke is 3:15.

We had to do an emergency upgrade to a server that effected people in our non line of site service. We will be replacing the server as soon as the new hardware comes in. It should settle down going forward. Thank you for your patience!

To better serve our Customers, there will be a scheduled outage on Monday, 3/2 for maintenance. This will b for the Goldsboro market with includes Grantham/Mount Olive, Goldsboro, Seven Springs and La Grange adresses. The time is from 8am-10am. This switch is to try to prevent further outages from our level one provider. The Goal is to only be down for a few minutes but a 2 hour window has been established for any unforeseen issues. Goldsboro/Seven Springs/Grantham Outage Update:

Crews are still working on the Issue but have narrowed it down to an issue with a Data Center in the Charlotte area. No Other Provider would tell this info, and other providers are involved.. We relay info when we get it....
