Before giving an AI agent a task, ask: could someone on your team follow the instructions you’ve written for it?

That was one of the practical points our Operations Manager, Edwin Arenas, covered in GrowthGenie360’s Community Connect session on AI agents vs. chatbots.

An agent needs a defined goal, access to the right information, and clear boundaries. Documenting the process helps you see what you’re ready to delegate and where the steps still need work.

Edwin also shared a sensible starting point: choose a small internal task, such as summarizing pending work, where your team can check the results and make adjustments.

The session covers these foundations alongside examples of handling leads and managing appointments.

If you’re exploring AI for your business, this is a must-watch!

Before deciding an ad campaign isn’t working, look at what happened to the leads it brought in.

How quickly were they contacted? Was there another attempt if they didn’t answer? Did anyone follow up on the quote?

Our own Stephen Platte joined GrowthGenie360’s Community Connect to discuss the difference between simply running paid ads and having a lead generation system behind them.

Two takeaways from the conversation:
💡 A lead who doesn’t respond right away may still be worth following up with.
💡 Lead counts and cost per lead only tell part of the story. Tracking appointments, proposals, and sales helps you see where the process needs attention.

Sometimes the next opportunity for growth is improving how you handle the inquiries already coming through.

Watch the replay for a practical look at how those pieces work together.

Twenty-five years ago, our nation experienced unimaginable loss. In the days that followed, we witnessed extraordinary courage, compassion, and unity.

Today, we remember the 2,977 lives taken, stand with their families and survivors, and honor the first responders who answered tragedy with bravery.

May we honor their legacy not only through remembrance, but through the courage to serve, the strength to stand together, and the commitment to build a future worthy of their sacrifice.

A website that is easy for people to use is often easier for machines to understand.

Clear headings, readable content, descriptive buttons, well-labeled forms, and dependable navigation help customers move through your website.

Those same elements can also help search engines and AI agents understand the purpose of a page and the actions available.

But this does not mean rebuilding your website for every new AI platform. It means strengthening the same fundamentals that already support a better experience for your customers.

Our latest article explains how website structure, structured data, AI protocols, and rendering may affect how AI agents interact with your site.

Not sure whether your website is ready for AI agents?

Start with the foundation.

This infographic gives you eight areas to review, including:
🔎 Whether important content is easy to access
🔎 How clearly your pages are structured
🔎 Whether structured data matches visible information
🔎 How reliably essential content loads
🔎 Which crawlers can access your pages
🔎 Whether forms and other actions are clearly defined
🔎 How connected data is protected
🔎 Whether your business information is consistent across systems

You do not need to adopt every emerging AI protocol, but reviewing these areas can help you find technical gaps that affect people, search engines, and AI systems.

Save the checklist, then read the full article for more context on the changes shaping the agentic web.
