WANTED: PUPPETEERS (PAID) – WALDORF, MD
The Imagination Inc is seeking talented, energetic puppeteers to join our growing children’s entertainment production team.
We specialize in high-energy, interactive puppet shows featuring multiple live characters performing together on stage for birthday parties, schools, and community events.
🎪 Position Details:
Perform as part of a team of 3–4 puppeteers
Operate full-body puppets with mouth and rod arm movement
Engage live audiences (ages 3–10)
Weekend and occasional weekday bookings
✅ Requirements:
Strong personality and performance energy
Comfortable performing in front of children and families
Ability to create character voices and stay in character
Reliable transportation
Team player (this is a group performance, not solo work)
🎭 Experience:
Puppetry, theater, acting, or improv preferred
(We will train the right candidates)
💰 Pay:
Paid per event (competitive rates based on experience)
