I work with B2B consultants and
professional-service firms who have the expertise but not the pipeline.
The pattern is almost always the same. The practice is real, the work is good, referrals show up when they show up. Then a project lands and prospecting stops for six weeks. The project ends, the calendar is empty, and the scramble starts over.
That is not a marketing problem. It is a process problem, and it does not fix itself with more leads.
What I build is a pipeline system that keeps running while you are delivering. Right accounts identified. Messages drafted and reviewed. Replies classified. Next actions tracked. CRM stages that reflect what is actually happening instead of what someone meant to update three weeks ago.
One boundary I state up front, because it matters: AI agents draft, research, and classify. I review and send. There is no bulk automation running your name through a tool while you sleep. Your voice stays yours, and every outbound message has a human behind it.
If your follow-up keeps breaking when delivery gets busy, that is the conversation worth having.
