Wheeling Health Right Achieves PCMH Level 3

Wheeling Health Right (WHR), a free clinic operating in Wheeling, WV recently achieved a special recognition from the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA). They were granted Level 3, the highest level possible, under NCQA's Patient Centered Medical Home (PCMH) program. Wheeling Health Right has been using the HEALTHeSTATE EHR (branded as HEALTHeWV) since 2006.
