BENEFITS include:

-Average annual earnings of $56,000

· .36 cpm (avg 960 miles per week)

· $35 load pay (avg 16 per week)

· $15 per hour detention after first hour of waiting

· 20 mile per load guarantee

· Average Weekly Gross: $1076.00

· Pay Guarantee: $900 minimum gross guaranteed for the 1st four weeks contingent upon the driver working a full work week.

Time Off/Shift:

· Start times could range from Midnight to 3AM

· Home every night/day.

· Days off: Sat/Sun

· Must be willing to work Saturdays occasionally as needed.
Mandatory unless previously scheduled off.

· Usually will know up to 1 week in advance if Saturday work is required. Shorter notice may occur as customer needs dictate (shorter notice only occurred once in 2016).

Position Details:

· Drivers will slip seat HD day cab trucks and transport chickens using flatbed trailers and securing chicken cages.

· Picking up loads at farms within 150 mile radius and delivering to the processing plant in Decatur, AR and SW City, MO.

Special Requirements:

· Drivers will need to follow animal welfare guidelines.

· Passengers are not permitted

Training: 2 - 3 weeks paid at $180 per day

· $900 pay guarantee for the first four weeks

· Consistent schedule, pay and time off

· Drivers are Home Daily

Time Off / Shift:

· Drivers will be out 25 days and home 5 days

Position Details:

· Delivering paint, coatings, resin, & glass to auto plants, warehouses & paint stores.

· Drivers will haul a heated trailer in the winter and a re**er trailer in the summer to maintain the integrity of paint

· No Touch Freight - 50% drop & hook / 50 % live load/unload.

Special Requirements:

· SEEKING A TEAM - cannot hire solo drivers willing to team up (No Exceptions)

· Hazmat and Tanker Required Upon Schedule

Truck Info:

· Double Bunks

· Manual Transmissions

· Dedicated deliveries to a single customer

· Drivers will be out 25 days and home 5 days

Time Off / Shift:

-Schedule: 48 hours off including one weekend day off - weekend day off can not be selected

-Start Time: Midnight to 3 AM. Occasionally later start times available.

-Shift: 10 - 12 hours

-Home 1 - 2 nights a week in addtion to reset

Position Details:

-Around 70% of the deliveries are to CA.

-Loads will be pre-loaded

-Drivers will return with a backhaul after delivery

Special Requirements:

-Drivers unload freight with an electric pallet jack

-Liftgates may be used at some stores.

-Required to haul loads for Intermodal and other Dedicated accounts when freight volumes are low

-Truck must remain at account during time off
