A quick glimpse at your social media, email or instant message can create a distraction.

Here are some tips to ๐ซ๐ž๐œ๐ฅ๐š๐ข๐ฆ ๐ฒ๐จ๐ฎ๐ซ ๐Ÿ๐จ๐œ๐ฎ๐ฌ:

1. Create a ๐๐ข๐ฌ๐ญ๐ซ๐š๐œ๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง-๐Ÿ๐ซ๐ž๐ž ๐ฌ๐ฉ๐š๐œ๐ž

Keep the space declutter and organized. Maybe play some soft music and light a candle.

2. Schedule ๐๐ž๐ž๐ฉ ๐Ÿ๐จ๐œ๐ฎ๐ฌ ๐ญ๐ข๐ฆ๐ž every week

Plan your week ahead of time and schedule time specifically for deep focus. Also, write down what do you want to accomplish during each session.

3. Stay disciplined with a ๐Ÿ๐จ๐œ๐ฎ๐ฌ ๐ญ๐ข๐ฆ๐ž๐ซ

Time yourself. A 25-30 mins session is recommended at a time. Then take 5 mins to break between each session.

You really want it badly enough that the risk of failure seems tolerable. You are dedicated to that one thing and are willing to follow every rule about being or doing business, even when it might not be easy.

Many goals are lost without focus. Everyone's been there. You plan something and you get really excited about it. Then you lose your focus.

Strong focus will help you find direction and overcome distractions.
