There’s something pretty special about getting a group of shop owners together who are willing to open up their playbooks, share what’s working, and learn from each other.

This week, we had the chance to be part of Level Up! Business Training, including touring shops and seeing firsthand how teams across the country are raising the bar.

One thing came through loud and clear: great shops are built around great people.

From investing in their teams to creating a better experience at the front of the house, there was no shortage of ideas, conversations, and takeaways we’ll be thinking about long after this week.

Thanks to everyone who welcomed us into their shops and shared so openly. This industry gets better when we learn from each other.
