This month we’ll be dialing in the new brick & mortar location, and we’re excited to welcome you in the doors.

Music, drinks, raffles, and more fun stuff, like our Great Wall of California.

If you are familiar, it is the spot in the historic building as the old -which our store sign in an homage to.

The poster graphic here is a fun homage to the old boxing match posters of the 60s and early 70s.

Some heartfelt moments this past weekend..

Meeting who drew TMNT comics for Archie back in the early 90’s which I collected as a kid. The way he drew them was one of the very defining style of drawing that inspired me to draw, and I learned by copying his art from the comics. It was fun to tell him that story and how I don’t know if I would be doing what I do now, if it weren’t for his art! It was also fun to then hear that he’s a fan of Bart Bridge and that his wife sells them at the Ace Hardware in Martinez, CA. Full circle life moment, or something…

Doing a panel with my big brother on drawing and publishing comics for, 25 years.. yikes!

Seeing my love with her art in Age’s new Superhood book on the back cover (w/ cover from my other brother from another )

Thx to for having me and putting on a fun show and always good to see my comic friends & fam & community come together. We have each other!

Just in time for the Mardi Gras 🎭 carnival season! Fresh New Orleans, LA hat. The New Orleans lettering is inspired by the street tiles that date back 1880’s. The trumpet played by Louis Armstrong and many many other greats (like & ) The umbrella is a symbol of the carnival season. The “Louisiana” text is inspired by the Popeyes Chicken font.

Now you know everything! Laissez les bons temps rouler!
