Dear friends,
I’m so excited to be part of tonight’s Art Meditation Night—and I’d love for you to join me.
This sacred evening blends visionary art, meditation, and sound to create a space for deep reflection and inner transformation. Three of my artworks from The Soul of the Land exhibit will be featured—including my drum, Broken Drum Renewed, and the giclée gallery prints of Soar (Blue Jay), and King Cardinal. Each of those two prints also started as drums! (Love the artwork? I’ll be opening the evening by playing my Soar drum live, inviting the rhythm to carry us into sacred stillness. The night’s focal point will be a powerful art installation created by Steven Blaine Adams, centered on my piece Broken Drum Renewed. His creative display enhances the meaning and symbolism of the artworks, inviting you to go deeper into the visionary world.
Expect serene music, sacred scents, and a welcoming space to tune in, reflect, and reconnect. Chairs and pillows are provided for meditation, and paper, pens, crayons, markers plus other drawing implements are available if you wish to write or draw your reflections. We’ll close the evening in community, sharing any insights or experiences that arose.

I am of the opinion that there are no coincidences only synchronicities.

It's ironic that this week's solar eclipse happened between my 2 goddess workshops Pele, the goddess of fire,
and her sister, Namaka the goddess of the sea.

Like the eclipse where the hot fiery sun and the cool, pale moon intersected, Pele’s fire and Namaka’s water remind us to balance our energies.

Namaka, the Goddess of the Sea, brings us water teaming with life.

Imagine the fluidity of going with the flow, of allowing ourselves to float on the waters of life, to see where the current naturally takes us.

It's this floating that allows us to stay above the water.

But sometimes it is necessary dive deep, to go below the surface to find our inner truths and strengths to wash away our weaknesses so we may transform.�
Join Joan Forest Mage and myself,
this Sunday as we delve into the
depths of the sea with Namaka.

This experiential workshop will have art making, guided shamanic journeying and journaling to dive deep to find your own answers.
