So after nearly 3 months since my Facebook account got hacked, the FB gods responded to my demands. I also have full access to my business pages, Perennial Boxing + Fitness and Orange Moonwerks Studios. Facebook needs to step up their game when it comes to addressing serious issues such as your account getting hacked and how easy it is to go in and change your email, phone number and passwords. A billon dollar business with no 24/7 live customer service. We deserve better than that, especially when you pay them to run ads for your business.

Be sure you set up the highest level of security measures to block hackers from getting into your account. If it ever happens to you, be sure to contact Facebook immediately. On a positive note, they slow as hell, but eventually they respond. Make sure you send multiple complaints. Besides using the app, I sent emails to the following addresses:

🗣 Hey good people! Just in case you didn’t know, I also run a graphic design and illustration business.
