Wrapping up 2025 at Baldwin Creative. It was a big year both personally and professionally!

Behind the scenes, Baldwin Creative expanded beyond just me. I’ve been working alongside two incredible freelancers who have helped us grow our services and better support our clients:

• Nicolette — account management + strategy
• Jade — social media strategy + content

On a personal note, I welcomed our first baby boy, Tommy, in September and I’m fully back from maternity leave now. And in true full-circle fashion, Nicolette is heading into her own maternity leave in just a few short days.

We’re grateful for our clients, collaborators, and community who made 2025 such a strong year, and we have exciting things coming in 2026.

🌟 We’re expanding our team! Baldwin Creative is looking for a Part-Time Social Media Specialist (Contract) to join our small-but-mighty team!

This role is perfect for someone who:
✔️ Has 1–2+ years experience managing social media for brands or businesses, preferred
✔️ Loves creating content (Reels, graphics, photos, and more)
✔️ Knows how to write engaging captions
✔️ Confident with Canva, Adobe tools, or mobile video editing apps for both photos and videos
✔️ Experience with scheduling tools (Later, Planoly, Meta Business Suite, etc.)
✔️ Can develop strategy and keep up with trends
✔️ Is organized, creative, and collaborative
✔️ Bonus if you’ve got experience in real estate, home, or lifestyle marketing!

💯 The details:
Hybrid, mostly remote with a few days each month in Grand Rapids, MN
Part-time, approx. 15–20 hrs/month
Contract position with flexible hours
Occasional content days (in-person)
Includes strategy, content creation, editing, scheduling & analytics
Competitive hourly rate based on experience
