Software with basic functionality:

Software with premium functionality:

Train these on your business policies, your values, your goals and it retains/recalls it for you with precision. If you value data privacy, I recommend removing all proprietary or sensitive data before uploading to these products. Not in all cases but in some, it is better to be safe than sorry.
