Avimark users...regarding recent versions:

Been recommending my clients stick with version 23.11.4 to avoid all this "semi-beta" version in anything 24.xx.xx. I've battled the broken "auto-refresh" problems caused by Avimark in previous versions before 23.11.4, and tackled additional issues with background services that do write backs into Avimark, and may have also stopped "auto-refresh" from working properly. Version 23.11.4 was a "hot-fix" for the Avimark caused "auto-refresh" issue. Safer to stay on 23.11.4. Over the past month, I moved about 25 of my clients to 23.11.4 from various older versions, and there they stay parked for now. Contact me if interested in updating to 23.11.4. You cannot make Avimark download automatically to this lower version since 24.10.2 got "official" status, without assistance like I've been providing.

Any Avimark hospitals use Crowdstrike? Not many do. More likely your hospital does business with big corporation that does. Had only one call today about it but Cox Cable was very glitchy, affecting my phones, internet and TV here at my home office. Don't panic, but stay alert and make sure you have good antivirus and malware protection!
