Over my years in practice, I’ve noticed some common issues that many of us face when it comes to our websites.

These are problems I’ve encountered myself and hear about frequently from other dental professionals.

Outdated Design: It’s not uncommon for dental websites to feel stuck in the past.

An outdated design can fail to reflect the modern, high-quality care we provide, potentially turning potential patients away before they even get to know us.

High Costs: The cost of a professional website can be a significant barrier.

Many of us have been quoted thousands of dollars for web design, which can be a tough investment to make, especially when it’s hard to measure the immediate return.

Long-Term Contracts: Another challenge is getting locked into long-term contracts with web design companies.

This can make it difficult and costly to switch providers or make necessary updates to our sites.

Poor SEO: Without proper search engine optimization, our websites may not be reaching the people who are actively looking for dental services in our area.

This means missed opportunities to connect with potential patients.

Lack of Customization: Many of the website solutions available to us are one-size-fits-all, lacking the customization needed to truly showcase our unique services and expertise.

Addressing these issues is crucial for our practices to thrive in the digital age.

A well-designed, user-friendly, and optimized website can make a significant difference in attracting and retaining patients.

I’m curious to hear your experiences.

Have you faced these issues with your website? How have you addressed them?

Let’s share our stories and solutions to help each other out.

To help dentists like myself, we're currently offering full arch website for $47 one-time for 6 months without any contracts. So dentists can try this without any risk or lock-in agreements.

👋 As many of you may know, I run a dental practice and, like many of you, have grappled with the challenge of marketing.

I've outsourced to various marketing and ad agencies in the past, and I want to share why, in my experience, this often doesn't yield the results we hope for.

🔍 The Root of the Issue: Most external marketing firms approach dentistry as they would any other business - but dentistry isn't just any business. It's a unique blend of care, skill, and trust. Traditional marketing strategies tend to treat our services as mere commodities, resulting in a fundamental disconnect.

🚫 The Problem with Transactional Leads: These marketing approaches often generate leads that are unqualified and transactional. They attract individuals who may not understand the ethos of our practice or the true value of our treatments. We're not selling gadgets; we're offering health solutions and building relationships. That requires a nuanced approach.

🤝 Understanding Our Practice: The heart of our practice is the personalized care and the trust we build with our patients. An external agency, no matter how skilled in general marketing, often lacks the depth of understanding needed to communicate this effectively.

💡 What We Really Need: What works for a retail brand doesn't necessarily work for us. We need marketing that resonates with our values, speaks directly to our community's needs, and highlights the specialized nature of our services.

🌟 The Way Forward: This doesn't mean all hope is lost. Instead, it's a call to rethink our approach. Maybe the answer lies in training our team in basic marketing skills, or collaborating with marketers who specialize exclusively in dental practices and understand the nuances of our profession.

🤗 A Call to My Fellow Dentists: Let's share our experiences and learn from each other. What has worked for you? Have you found a marketing approach that aligns with the ethos of your practice? Let's discuss and grow together!

Hello, I'm Dr. Edward Liu DDS, co-founder of Hipokratiz.com.

I'm thrilled to connect with fellow dentists and dental practice managers through this platform.

As a dentist with years of experience in the field, I understand firsthand the challenges we face in today's competitive market.

The Issues at Hand:

Outsourcing Marketing: Many dental practices, overwhelmed with work and lacking marketing expertise, turn to external companies. However, traditional marketing approaches often fail in dentistry, treating it like a commodity, which it's not. This leads to unqualified, transactional leads that don't understand our practice or the value of our treatments.

Inefficient Lead Management: Practices often adopt a 'schedule first, qualify later' approach, focusing on lead quantity over quality. This results in time wasted on consultations with leads who aren't ready or can't afford the treatment.

Passive Treatment Presentation: Treatment coordinators often stick to presenting facts without engaging with patients’ desires or concerns, missing crucial opportunities for connection and commitment.

The Result?

Wasted marketing budgets, lost hours, and a slew of missed opportunities.

But it doesn't have to be this way. 🚫

Introducing the Dental Closers Program:

We have created this program to directly address these challenges.

We're here to transform how your team approaches marketing, lead management, and patient interaction.

Our goal? To train, mentor and turn your staff into dental closers so you have a team that grows your implant practice fast.

Feel free to reach out, ask questions, and share your experiences.

This page is more than just about us - it's about building a community of forward-thinking dental professionals.

Here's to the success of your practice and the health of your patients!

Warm regards,
Dr. Edward Liu DDS
