Following a customer's request, I printed a custom cross for them. Despite multiple attempts to coordinate a meeting or delivery, the customer ceased responding to messages without explanation. In light of this experience, I am implementing a new policy requiring non-regular customers to pay a 50% deposit on their orders. This measure is necessary to protect my business interests and ensure fairness to other customers.
