Hours of ordering, planning, designing, blowing up balloons, and setting everything up... then you hear a guest ask, "Who decorated this party?" 🤭
That little look back, trying not to look too excited. 😂🎈 Moments like these make all the hard work worth it. Thank you for trusting me to bring your celebrations to life! ✨🤍

A little transparency... because social media usually only shows the finished setup. 🤍✨️🐾

We're so grateful to have been part of this event at the marina! It definitely came with a few challenges. The walk from our truck to the setup location was almost a mile, so it took several trips carrying backdrop weights, treat stands, décor, personalized favors, and equipment. Then we were battling the wind inside the dog park... all while the saxophone kept getting louder with every clip. 😂🎷🌬️

For this event, we created the personalized party favors and treats, custom gable boxes, brought treat stands, set up the personalized backdrop and custom cutout, and created a balloon garland using the balloons the client had already inflated.

Our biggest lesson? The wind gave us a backdrop decal malfunction. 😂 We even tried using tape to save it, but Mother Nature had other plans. Next time, we'll be better prepared by using our iron-on method whenever we're not using our favorite wood/magnet method.

Shoutout to Amari—our muscle & Event Operations Assistant at every event! 💪🏾 He made trip after trip hauling everything from the truck to the setup without a single complaint.

And shoutout to Laya- our Junior Production Assistant who loves to help with the favors 🤍She was freezing and absolutely petrified of the dogs, but she still helped assemble the gable boxes.

Every event teaches us something. This one reminded us to prepare, prepare, prepare, ask more questions before event day, and always be ready for the unexpected. We're grateful for another opportunity to learn, grow, and help bring our client's vision to life. 🤍✨️

Sometimes you just have to pivot. 😂💻
I originally planned to make these custom mugs using Oracal 651 vinyl, but my computer had other plans and kept shutting off. Thankfully, my computer genius hubby will get it back up and running soon! ❤️

Until then, I'm thankful to have a smartphone at my fingertips so I can still run my business and keep orders moving. 🙌🏽

I switched to printable vinyl, and honestly, I'm really happy with how these custom mugs for the legendary Suga-T turned out! ☕✨
