Although the timeframe of my employment in this field is limited to
one company, I have been able to acquire a broad spectrum of learning and development experience. This is attributed to my involvement with diverse projects which included producing dynamic, engaging instructional solutions, application of requisite technologies, and working collaboratively with different levels of employees. My experience includes the design and development of e-learning courses, e-books, manuals, online instruction, distance learning, self-paced programs, story-based learning modules, web design and technical documentation. I am competent with application of adult learning principles, the ISD process, the ADDIE model, blended learning strategies, and elearning techniques. Proficiency with technology involves many of the commonly used computer software packages and authoring programs for course development. I am also knowledgeable of techniques for delivering instruction using wikis, blogs, discussion boards and mobile devices. I am committed to achieving and maintaining quality standards that promote excellence in achievement of meaningful learning.
