She’s a metal smith Harry 🪄🧙
I’ve started taking metal smithing classes with Demos. After many weeks, and lots of sandpaper, my first couple of jewelry pieces are done.

Gorget - Quiet Strength
Found them — these were the last versions:
Cherokee warriors wore gorgets as signs of honor, protection, and responsibility. I wanted to think about strength in a gentler way, through healing instead of conflict.
The three dogwood blossoms belongs to traditional plant knowledge and has been valued for practical use. To me, the flowers speak to resilience, care, and staying grounded.
Medallion - Inherited Designs
This piece has the Four Directions in the center, surrounded by patterns inspired by Cherokee pottery.
The pottery patterns show how designs, stories, and culture get passed down over time. They change from person to person, but they still carry meaning. The Four Directions bring the piece back to balance, reminding me to stay grounded and connected to where I come from.
