Yes, we are performing service calls and installations. As an essential company that specializes in home networking, we are needed by both businesses and homeowners, especially for those now teleworking. Many homes are not designed to handle the broadband needed with multiple computers, smart phones and entertainment products being used at one time. We design an infrastructure that will work now & in the future. Contact us if you need assistance or just have a question.

Internet or cable out? First call your comm. carrier (Verizon, Xfinity, Comcast). Ask them to perform a diagnostic to determine if it is inside or outside. If it is outside, schedule a service call with them. If they say it is inside, hang up the phone. First reset your system. If it doesn't fix the problem, don't call them back. Comm carrier technicians "bring" cable to your home. Few can troubleshoot and correct internal problems, unless it the DVR or router itself. Not trying to steal business away from the comm carriers...just a fact from listening to very upset customers on the phone who tried to get internal issues resolved by them.

Why do we choose to purchase the materials for your installation? One; we purchase from distributors we know & trust so we rarely have to postpone an installation due to not having the products. We also know these products are well cared for; not returns, open boxes, refurbished, etc. Two; if we purchase the products & something is wrong on the day of installation, we will expedite replacement & installation. If your product is in-operable, it could take weeks before we can reschedule. Three: our electronics are warrantied for 3 months which means we'll remove, replace & reinstall at no cost. Four; some materials, such as cables not purchased by us, will completely void the warranty. Five; if you get something that we haven't used before, i.e. a mounting bracket...the installation could take longer than was quoted due to the learning curve.

A shout out to Lew Little for above & beyond service. He recently went to perform an install and before even starting, found a broken heat duct, that could have resulted in carbon monoxide poisoning. He immediately told the homeowner who called his HVAC company and they sent a tech to fix it. While we aren't HVAC people, it is good to have someone that knows more than just AV.

Electronics advice during snow storms: Be sure to have your TV and other components on a surge protector. Power surges can cause damage. The power surge protector should absorb the surge and keep your electronics safe. When the power goes out, turn everything off. When you turn them back on, if they are not operating correctly, reboot your router to reset it. If you have a complex system, there is a possibility you may lose some configuration. To get by, you may need to bypass a universal remote or speakers. Get your manufacturer remotes out now so that you can have them ready if you need to use them. Hope this helps.
