This is NOT a $0 website build.

I would absolutely NOT spend 20–40+ hours designing and building your company a brand new website for $0 upfront.

I definitely would NOT take the $2,000–$3,000 we normally charge to build a website and just... remove it.

We’ve never done that before.

And there is absolutely NO WAY I’d decide to do it from October 1st through the end of the year.

That would be a terrible business decision.

Especially going into the busiest website season of our year.

So please ignore the graphic attached to this post.

This is one of those projects where I get way too excited watching a brand start to come together.

We started with an existing brand that already had history and recognition. The goal wasn’t to throw that away and start over. It was to modernize it, upscale it, and build an identity that could actually grow with the company.

So we went much deeper than designing a new logo. We built a full brand identity and company style guide that dictates how the brand should look and feel moving forward, from colors and typography to logo usage, imagery, print, signage and everything in between.

And now we get to do my favorite part... watch it leave the computer screen and become real.

Business cards are done. Exterior ACM signage and perforated window vinyl are underway. T-shirts are coming. We even have custom printed license plates in the works. 😅

Then I received this review:

“Austin went above and beyond to create a brand image I truly identified with and had passion for. He was patient while I tried my own little tweaks just to arrive back at his original design.

That last part means a lot to me.

I never want someone to feel like they hired us to make them a logo, send over some files and disappear. I want to be the creative person in their corner as the business grows.

Because a good brand identity shouldn't end with a logo.

It should give you a foundation for the next business card, the next sign, the next shirt, the next location, and all the little things you haven't even thought about yet.

And selfishly, getting to see all of those pieces come to life is probably one of the coolest parts of what I do. 😂

Okay… we’re starting to think we need to talk about newsletters more. 😂

Another wellness clinic recently decided to give them a shot, and their very first newsletter pulled a 60% open rate and nearly a 5% click rate.

For context, typical email benchmarks are somewhere around 35% opens and 2% clicks.

On. Their. First. One. 🤯

And this is exactly why we keep pushing newsletters with the businesses we work with, especially spas, wellness clinics and businesses that already have a loyal customer base.

You already did the hard part. You earned the customer.

Now stay in touch with them.

Show them what’s happening inside the business. Educate them. Introduce the new service you just launched. Let them get to know your team. Give them something useful. Give them a reason to book again.

Over time, you’re building an actual community around the business instead of crossing your fingers and hoping the Instagram algorithm puts your next post in front of them.

Between this one and the newsletter we shared recently that generated 10+ Google reviews and 8 booked appointments from ONE email, were becoming a little obsessed with these results. 😂

More spas and wellness clinics are jumping on board, and we’re here for it.

If you’ve got a customer list sitting there collecting dust, we should probably talk. 👀

One of the biggest misconceptions in business right now is that websites are becoming a commodity. AI can build them. GoDaddy has templates. There are countless platforms that can put together a decent-looking website in a matter of hours.

But that’s never been the hard part.

The hard part is building authority. Building trust. Understanding the psychology behind why someone chooses one business over another. Creating emotional positioning. Structuring content that supports long-term SEO while guiding a visitor toward becoming a customer.

That’s exactly how we approached the redesign for Taking Care of My Med Spa.

Yes, we gave it a completely modern look with custom imagery, cleaner design, and a much better user experience. But the bigger objective was changing how people perceive the business within the first 30 seconds of landing on the site.

With online traffic becoming harder to earn, your website can’t afford to simply exist anymore. It has to educate, build confidence, answer objections, and convert.

Anyone can build a website.

Building one that consistently grows a business is a completely different challenge.

One of my favorite parts of what we do at Sandoz Media is creating our luxury business cards.

Maybe it's because I'm a bit of a print nerd 😂, but there's something about handing someone a card that actually makes them stop, feel it, flip it over, and say, "Wow."

This Memorial Day, we pause to remember the men and women who gave everything in service to this country.

Freedom, opportunity, family, business, creativity. None of it exists without sacrifice.

As we head into the holiday weekend, we encourage everyone to slow down, spend time with the people who matter most, and reflect on what this day truly represents.
