Tech Tip Tuesday!

Hi! I am Justin, and I own and run a local tech support business in the area, CyberCloud: Tech Assistance. I wanted to start "Tech Tip Tuesdays" to help the community, so here's your first tip!

Scammers are everywhere - phone calls, emails, pop-ups, and even in person! If someone claims your device has a problem and pressures you into urgent action, STOP and verify before doing anything. Legitimate companies won’t call you unexpectedly about tech issues. When in doubt, hang up and reach out to a trusted professional instead. Stay cautious and protect yourself!

- Intermediate: Dive deeper into features. This course would cover managing apps, using voice assistants (Siri and Hey Google), making video calls, camera settings, sorting your photos, creating passcodes, and understanding your control panel.

- Advanced: Unleash the full potential. This course would cover a deep dive into settings, getting more done with your voice assistant, understanding online security, and customizing your device.

- Online Security & Privacy: How to spot a scam, stay safe online, and protect your valuable data.

- General Questions & Answers: Anything that you would like to know with anything having to do with your tech.
