So here’s the cheat code:

If your topic actually deserves a longer video, stop cutting it down.

A 40 minute deep dive will outperform a 6 minute summary on the same topic almost every time.

You also unlock more midroll ads, more time to build connection with the viewer, and a much higher chance of leading them into another one of your videos right after.

Look at your last 5 uploads and ask yourself if you cut things that should have stayed in.

Most creators are leaving views and money on the table by trimming too aggressively.
