We're staffing a floor, not filling a seat.

Target is about 20 closers with roughly twice that in setters behind them, hired on a
rolling basis. If you're reading this in three weeks, we're still hiring.

We sell AI-integrated websites to small businesses. B2B, one product: the site answers
the phone, books the job, and texts the owner the lead - because they're busy working
and the customer wasn't going to wait.

You don't prospect. We hand you the leads with a specific reason to call, a browser
dialer, live transcription, and the follow-up written for you off your own recording.

CLOSER - $900/month retainer (160 hrs), plus 12% of the build on cash collected.
Builds run $3,500 to $9,500. Plus 20% of the monthly recurring for 24 months. Three
deals a month is about $62,000 in year one, retainer included. One deal a month is not worth your time and we will both know that inside three
weeks.

SETTER - $75 per held demo, $150 more when it closes. You book the meeting. You do
not sell and you do not quote price.

Paid weekly, every Friday. 1099. Paid on cash collected, never on signatures.
Hiring in Florida, West Virginia, Ohio, Kentucky and South Carolina.
