GENERAL WARRANTY
This warranty does not apply to any defect in the product arising from fair wear and tear, wilful damage, accident, negligence by you or any third party, if you use the product in a way that we do not recommend, your failure to follow instructions, or any alterations or repair you carry out without our prior written approval. We warrant to you that any product purchased from us t
hrough our site is of satisfactory quality and reasonably fit for all the purposes for which products of that kind are commonly supplied. The following events will void the warranty:
1. Customer removes/replaces any components.
2. Damage caused by poor power supply, lightning or voltage surges.
3. Burnt parts on hash boards or chips.
4. Miner/boards/components damage due to water immersion or corrosion due to wet environment. Crypto AntMiner LLC does not take any responsibility for or compensate for any loss as result of downtime caused by delays in transportation and or damaged / defective items. Crypto AntMiner LLC will pay for the shipping cost to the customer when shipping a replacement unit within the warranty period. Crypto AntMiner LLC will not pay for any loss of down time or delay caused by customs. In cases where the warranty is void or after the warranty period, equipment can be repaired for the cost of parts and labor. The warranty offered is covered by Crypto AntMiner LLC The warranty is subject to the warranty terms offered by Crypto AntMiner LLC of each product. All claims will need to be dealt directly to Crypto AntMiner LLC

Once the purchase is completed, it means the recognition of the following policies.
1. No refund and return after the payment.
2. A 180-day warranty for miners. The following conditions will make the warranty invalid:
1. Disassembled machine, unauthorized changes, or replacement of components.
2. Damage caused by lightning strike, voltage surge, faulty power supply, etc.
3. Burnt circuit boards or chips.
4. Damage by water, damp or corrosion. In the case of the above, we will provide paid maintenance service. The freight fee of maintenance is paid by the buyer, and we are not responsible for the loss of income during the maintenance period. GUARANTEE & RETURN POLICY

If one or more of the items you received are damaged, different, or not working, you will be protected by this Guarantee. Please contact us for Return Material Authorization within 7 days of the order being received. After returning the product to the address provided by our customer service team, we can send you a new item free of charge (we will reimburse you the return shipping cost), or you can choose to receive a full refund. If you are not satisfied with your purchase and the product is still in brand new condition, we can arrange a partial refund, which will cover the price of the item minus the shipping fees. During delivery, please make sure the package is in good condition (no sign of being opened) and confirm the contents before signing the package. For any issues, please contact us and follow our warranty process:

If there is an item missing, we will resend the missing item/accessory for free within the warranty period. If we have shipped the wrong item, we will either refund you in full or dispatch an alternative item (if applicable and available). If you have any after-sales issues, please contact us directly for a solution according to your case. We will confirm whether you need to return the item and to which address you may return it to. The following section describes the processing time required upon receiving your returned item. For exchanges, the processing time for the exchanged item will be between 3-6 business days upon receiving your item back and depending on stock availability.
