Tech Tip:
If your computer is running slow, check how many programs are opening when you start it up.

💡 On Windows: Press Ctrl + Shift + Esc → Go to the Startup tab and disable anything you don’t actually use.
💡 On Mac: System Settings → Users & Groups → Login Items

Fewer startup programs = faster boot time and less frustration.
