New Business Rules effective IMMEDIATELY
Please initial once read!
*ALL ORDERS MUST BE PAID UP FRONT. NO EXCEPTIONS. Custom orders are 100% due up front, regular orders may pay 50% up front, 50% at proof of completion! I have Venmo, PayPal and CashApp.
*ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS on custom items. No refunds on items you failed to care for properly.(washing and drying instructions are provided with products)
*Due to constant misuse of meet ups, I will no longer meet outside of a 30 minute radius of my home without a minimum $10 fee. If I already have to come to your area(at my convenience) there will be no fee, but special trips now require this.
*Shipping is typically about $7+/- for 2 day. If you choose shipping YOU PAY SHIPPING FEES! It will be requested via your payment method, after your item is complete, packaged and weighed. If you do not want shipping and you are not local to me, I have a pick up box at my mother’s, I will drop them off there at my earliest convenience and send you the address.
*PLEASE DO NOT message me every day asking about the status of your order. I complete orders in the order they are received. If you ordered 10+ custom layered vinyl designs from me, or 100 hats etc, it’s going to take me a few days, plus.. If I have to order shirts, that’s time added. Single order items are usually completed within 24-48 hours.
*Orders are completed in the order they are received! If you need a rush order you will be charged $5 for a single item or $2.50each for multiple items.
*I keep minimal stock in house, as my space doesn’t allow for much. I hope to move to a bigger space soon, but burning gas driving an hour and a half to meet for one item doesn’t help me save that $40. (This goes back to meeting and hour away)
*I am a full time mother of FIVE children, a farm co-owner and a significant other FIRST!! My business can suffer or crash before I’ll ever let my family and priorities suffer. (I know a couple of others who can do the same thing I can and would be glad to refer you to them if need be.) I love what I do and I love that I grow and learn from this business every single day, but my family comes first and sadly some don’t understand that!
