My niece Claudia has just graduated UCLA and is now a doctor! So proud! She might be the most successful person I'm related to.

She went through a lot to get to this PHD and there was someone who helped her in many ways and she commissioned me to do a superhero treatment of Dr. Low. An incredible person himself. So thankful for those who are making cancer treatment better however they can.

I had fun coming up with this illustration and Claudia even encouraged the ball point pen technique.

Here's my latest illustration published in Crossroads - Folk Horror in the United States issue 1 - The Long Decade.
It was released in March and has already sold out of two printings! Folk horror is quite popular now a days and I'm happy to be involved with this collection of essays about films like a Deliverance, Texas Chainsaw Massacre and a favorite of mine... Race With the Devil. Edited by Candice Bailey and Gavin Lees who have collected some thoughtful writings and images about films and books regarding the dark, twisted history and people of this country's past since it's colonization. Hillbillies, Satanist and normies meet at these crossroads of fear and paranoia.
Follow .folkhorror for updates on the next issue and more.
I do have a few copies available if you would like to get a signed copy for 15 bones (includes shipping). DM me for purchasing details.

At the beginning of March, Rachel my love and I celebrated 10 years being together with a epic vacation. We started in Rome, made it to the southern coast and then got on a Viking cruise to see more locations in the Mediterranean. Very lavish and terrific. A perfect trip that we have earned.
I shot a lot of photos! This is just a small amount from Rome. More to come. Also there are more on my Flickr account if interested.
