I am the Owner, Designer, and Artist of StoneWorkz Graphic Design & Original Artistry. I am a midwest native, spending the majority of my time between Illinois and Michigan. as always fascinated by the artistic world. My artwork is an expression of my life thus far. It is representative of my culture, surroundings, lessons I have learned and my daily observations. I try to incorporate the strength and beauty of my African American heritage as well as, the magnificent complexity of nature into each piece. I use a variety of techniques, materials, and styles to create my artwork. I use a lot of bold and vibrant colors in my artwork to establish a feeling of depth and to draw attention to each piece individually. My artwork is simply a way for the viewer to peek through the window of my mind. If it happens to make them think about something differently or evoke some emotion within them, then that is an additional benefit.
