"I saw my home and community lost to a wildfire as a child, and I saw us rebuild."

Fire is a natural force of transformation, and witnessing it more than once has been deeply humbling. It taught me early on that while change can be devastating, it also paves the way for something new. That’s why the mythical phoenix became the heart of my creative studio.

I had so much fun at Candle Bar 111 down in the Funk Zone! I created my own custom candle scent and also bought a small one in the scent “Sol De Goleta,” which was super sweet. I highly recommend checking out their little workshop to make your own custom candle—it’s such a fun activity to do with friends, the store is super cute, and the branding is done exceptionally well!
