When a teacher is escorting students and says, "Walk this way.", there is only one song that comes to mind.

Even in a serious role, helping schools navigate systems and operations, there are moments that cut through the complexity and remind me why I enjoy this work.

Today, while deep in planning and strategy, I heard a young student confidently announce, “I am John Cena.”

I couldn’t help myself. I walked down the hallway asking who said it. He stepped forward, beaming, and proudly repeated it.

Moments like that break the intensity, restore perspective, and reinforce that behind every system, process, and plan… there are people. And sometimes, they’re absolutely hilarious.

This looks ridiculous.
It wasn’t.

This hard drive spent about 12 hours in a freezer so I could get one last window to recover a client’s data.

It’s not a best practice. It’s not in a manual. And it’s definitely not Plan A.

But when the alternative is “the data is gone,” sometimes experience matters more than elegance.

Most of the work that actually saves people never makes it into a marketing brochure.
This was one of those times.

I believe by fall of 2028, there will be some form of AI Manager, AI Supervisor, even perhaps an AI Coordinator, that will autonomously be over X number of people.

What do you think?

📝 Career Journey — Built Through Experience. One Conversation to Share It.

🚀 I’m excited to share something new from Lilmadkat Business Solutions, LLC.

After 30+ years of working in tech, support, field service, and operations I’ve taken all that experience and built something a little different:

🤖 Career Journey – a custom built AI agent that answers questions about my career, how I help clients, and how I think through technical problems.

It’s like a résumé that actually talks back.

✅ Want to know how I’ve supported schools and small businesses?
✅ Curious about the frameworks I use to solve problems?
✅ Want to see how someone with real world experience approaches IT?

👉 You can now explore that 24/7 through this agent: https://tinyurl.com/CraigWilliamsCareerJourney

🎯 Built through experience. One conversation to share it.

If you’re curious about what I do or how Lilmadkat might be able to help your school or business this is a great place to start.

And here’s the exciting part:

💬 I can build one for you too!

Whether you're:

A small business owner who wants clients to understand your services.

A school administrator looking to onboard students or staff more efficiently.

A professional who wants to stand out in your field.

A school system looking to create AI classes.

I can help you build your own AI agent, one that reflects your voice, your message, and your goals.

This is just the beginning. If you're curious, let’s talk.

Hi LBS followers. I took a break from posting, because my summer was full, with our first Nanu and Popcorn summer camp of 2025. Four of our grandchildren stayed with us for 7 weeks, lasting from mid-June to the end of the first week of August. We did so much, and each played hard and had, I think, a great time. More memories than can possibly be shared. More pictures than can possibly be shared. In about a week or two I will begin posting again and so much more to come and share and I hope you stay tuned. Please invite your family and friends to follow and if you live in Lee County, please join Tech Talks of Lee County where we discuss technological trends that affect Lee County and her citizens.

Here are mere fragments of the journey my wife and I had with our grands this summer, during our first Nanu and Popcorn Summer Camp.
