From doing business in Africa to doing business with Africa.

A powerful message from UN Secretary-General António Guterres at Unstoppable Africa 2026 in New York and one that deeply resonates with Catalyst Business Partners.

Our CEO Anupam Awasthi and CTO Jay Kalra joined African and global leaders for conversations focused not simply on Africa’s potential, but on its progress.

From António Guterres to H.E. Netumbo Nandi-Ndaitwah, President of Namibia, and Aliko Dangote, the conversations echoed principles that have long shaped Catalyst’s journey: working in Africa, with Africa and for Africa - building local capabilities, creating lasting value and forging partnerships that scale.

Africa’s future is being shaped in Africa. We’re proud to be part of it.

We're proud to officially announce the launch of Catalyst Business Partners Mauritius! For the past 20 years, our Mauritius team has been delivering complex, high-impact enterprise transformation programmes across Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA). With a proven track record, deep local expertise, and long-standing relationships with clients and partners, establishing a dedicated Mauritian entity is the natural next step.

This launch reflects our long-term commitment to the Mauritian market. As Mauritius continues to strengthen its position as a strategic regional hub for business and innovation, we are bringing our global experience even closer to local organisations.

Here's what we're bringing to the market:
> Enterprise Applications - Modernisation, implementation and managed services for Oracle Fusion Cloud, Oracle E-Business Suite and NetSuite.

> AI Adoption - Helping organisations prepare for, secure and accelerate the adoption of Artificial Intelligence through pragmatic strategies, governance, and business transformation.

> Industry Solutions & Services - Specialised expertise and accelerators for Healthcare, Ports & Airports, Public Sector, Financial Services, Telecommunications, and complex Supply Chain environments.

Mauritius has always been an important part of our journey. Today, we're taking the next step by investing even more deeply in the local ecosystem while continuing to support organisations across Africa and the wider EMEA region.

To our clients, partners and friends in Mauritius, thank you for your trust over the years. We look forward to building the next chapter of digital transformation and AI-driven innovation together.

Two and a half centuries separate the quill from everything we've built since - the engines, the wires, the signals that now carry a thought around the world before the ink of 1776 would have dried. The tools were never the point. What connects that first page to this one is simpler, and it hasn't changed: people who believed the next chapter was worth writing - and people, today, who still do. It was true by candlelight. It's true now.

Happy 4th of July!

Mid-market companies are quietly gaining access to infrastructure that used to be exclusive to large enterprise, and most aren't talking about it yet.

Cloud ERP adoption is accelerating fast. The segment growing quickest? Businesses with under 1,000 employees. And the reason isn't just cost or convenience. It's that the AI being embedded into modern platforms is fundamentally changing what "running operations" looks like.

We just published a plain-language explainer on Oracle NetSuite as part of a series we're running on enterprise software decisions for growing businesses.

If you're involved in any technology evaluation at your company, or just want to understand where this space is heading, it's a useful 9 minutes.

Our CEO Anupam Awasthi was invited to join a remarkable gathering at Stanford University — The Future of Development: Approaches and Partnerships for a New Reality.

Alongside global leaders like Mark Suzman of the Gates Foundation and former USAID Administrator Ambassador Mark Green, Anupam was part of a vital conversation about how development leaders can drive real, lasting change in Sub-Saharan Africa — even as resources grow scarcer.

As a systems integrator that has been driving digital transformation across Africa since 2002, we know this conversation well — and we're glad our voice is part of it.

A sincere thank you to Jendayi Frazer for the invitation.

24 years in the making today! When we started out in 2002, on-premise was king and 'the cloud' was just weather!! 😆 Fast forward to now — AI is rewriting entire industries before breakfast.

What a ride it's been. And the best part? We're just hitting our stride!

We are absolutely thrilled to have been contributors to the evolution since day one - and endlessly grateful to every client, partner, and team member who made it mean something.

We've freshened up for the occasion too. Here's our newly released website https://www.catalyst-us.com/

Great to be on the ground at GITEX Africa 2026 in Morocco, with our CRO Jean-Baptiste Blanc and Hicham Abounnaim, General Manager Sales, representing our team.

A great opportunity to reconnect with long-standing partners, spend time with our strategic partner Oracle, and engage with both existing clients like Orange and new connections across the continent.

In true GITEX spirit, Hicham even suited up in the Oracle Formula 1 gear - while still making time for a cordial exchange with the US Ambassador to Morocco, Redouane Ghadouna.

Shout-out as well to our friend and partner Mohamadou Diallo around the African CIO Awards 2026, celebrating bold tech leadership across Africa.

We were truly pleased to have met with Prosper Zo'o Minto'o, Managing Director of our esteemed client, ASECNA, alongside the Director of Cabinet, Head of IT Department, and esteemed Advisors.

These moments of direct exchange reinforce the strength of our partnership and our shared commitment to advancing aviation services across the region through innovation, collaboration, and operational excellence.

We look forward to continuing this journey together and turning our discussions into impactful outcomes.
