Long before the recent headlines surrounding DistroKid, The 4PACK Ent. Music Group, Inc. had already made a strategic decision.

We chose not to renew our distribution subscription.

Not because of controversy.

Not because of a disagreement.

Simply because our vision had grown beyond digital distribution.

As independent creators, we wear many hats:

🥤🎶 | The Story Behind the Music 📬🎨

Most people have NOT seen Our "COLA'D UP – Por Vida Coca-Cola" concept artwork from 1999.

Few know the story behind the brand marketing placement—and it deserves to be told.

Back in 1999, I developed "COLA'D UP – Por Vida Coca-Cola," an original creative concept that included promotional artwork, contest mockups, a campaign overview, and an original music jingle.

The jingle lyrics were ghostwritten by 4PACK Memba Johnny BlkReese while he was incarcerated in a California prison. The music was then produced by , bringing the concept to life through an original sound that complemented the visual campaign.

The original concept package was submitted to The Coca-Cola Company in Atlanta, Georgia. Coca-Cola later stated they did not use the concept.

The facts remain the same:

📂 "Por Vida Coca-Cola" is our original concept.
🎶 The music jingle is our original creative work.
📬 These original documents, artwork, and overview mockups remain part of our creative archive nearly three decades later.

Long before today's creator economy, we believed great ideas deserved more than great artwork—they deserved an original soundtrack, too.

Looking back today during I'm grateful for transforming an idea into something tangible and for preserving this chapter of our creative overview history.

Respect and appreciation to everyone who truly knows their piece of San Francisco Bay Area Hip-Hop and Rap Music History. Today, we are putting Facts 1st.
Infamous history gets twisted, lost, and misconstrued when people speak on projects without knowing the main ingredient details of this ghetto gumbo. Let’s set the record straight: The artist formerly known as JEN [which stands for keep the party... Jumpin Every Night] was never from Hunters Point. He is in FACT from the Fillmore. 415% 🌆🌉

"His Presidential Intro - SLM Straight Lace Mob - Comin' Out The Fog"—the infamous 6-song EP circa '94/'95—started as a solo project already in deep development. It organically transformed into a family label foundation designed by two artists that were already related in the game, so they could do their own thing, retain our equity, and spit that raw s**t completely independent.

Who knew that Blood Box who featured then D-ELITE [Devastating Emcee Left In Total Effect]—an artist already known for acronyms and a hellauva pen and story telling game—would lay down this
"415-A-Delic-In-The-Funk-House-Ni88a" blueprint? Classic like steak sauce, real home grown artistry. Hence, the ONLY EPs Our (BIG4 Racci/JEN/D-Elite) ever dropped were the Classic 6-piece in '94/'95 Starring ONLY ALL FAMILY MEMBERS to GIT PAYED! HELLO!!!! And the God's number 7-song "EP" in 2015 entitled "4PACK Ent. Proudly Presents: MACKronyms". That is dope culture in itself.

But what’s NOT being said in the history books? Why was there ONLY one official release on that specific label imprint? Why does the online jargon say one thing but not the truth of anything?

The answer sits directly in the operational infrastructure. Our 4PMG, INC. President of Operations used to sit on the board as the Vice President of Git Payed Recordz. Records are facts, and facts don’t lie.

Data proves ownership. Intellectual property, strategic architecture, data proof, copyrights, and royalties are the bedrock of any sustainable small business. his face, his likeness, his talents, and his hard work are his pieces of the legacy puzzle—and he has stood on business for this entire duration since day 1 as the:
