Had a Touch come by the shop with a broken 9V jack. Whose ever had something like this happen before? I like how they use headers for the switch’s breakout board. Nice idea.

Swapped in some Mineral Oil Caps in my 5F1 50’s Champ head. It’s got two mods to it: selectable bias switch for 6L6 and 6L6GC tubes (it has a larger 15W transformer) and a negative feedback/cathode bypass switch for different voicings. It’s my favorite amp for when I’m playing solo.

Some notes on that June-60 mod for you DIY-er’s out there. Different ways you can do it, you can either setup two on/off/on spdt switches for independent speed controls for each LFO, OR you can control both with one dpdt switch and then use another for depth adjustment. I annotated a Boss CE-2 LFO section and included nomenclature from the June 60’s board. This is what I *think* it is… I used hot glue to seal up the pads so that they don’t get pulled up so I wasn’t able to probe that area for confirmation :/. Hope this helps though and sorry that it’s not laid out in step by step format, do with it what you will!

Modified June-60 with Depth and Speed Switches. Definitely needed for this pedal, but once you have those controls it is a very useful unit. It has Tremolo & Chorusing going on which make it a great choice for a travel pedalboard where you need to stuff a lot of tones from a small package. Don’t know about it sounding like a Juno, but it sure is good looking.
