Terms of Service for Dissonant Druid applications
Effective Date: April 12th 2024
1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using our mobile games, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our game.
2. Game Services
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue our service with or without notice to you. We are not liable if, for any reason, all or any part of the game is unavailable at any time or for any period.
3. Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.
4. Intellectual Property
The game and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Dissonant Druid and its licensors. The game is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.
5. Prohibited Uses
You may use the game only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the game:
In any way that violates any applicable national or international law or regulation.
To exploit, harm, or attempt to exploit or harm minors in any way by exposing them to inappropriate content or otherwise.
To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material without our prior written consent.
6. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the game immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
Your use of our game is at your sole risk. The game is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. It is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
9. Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
